I think that every person has to go through at least one rough patch in their life. Without such difficult situations that we find ourselves in, we wouldn’t be able to appreciate the good times. Maybe we would be able, but this way, these good times mean much more. Of course, if you asked me whether or not I would like to skip all the rough patches, I would say yes, but since this is not possible, you have to do your best to cope with everything, which is what I didn’t really do that well. I think that there is almost nothing worse than getting a phone call and hearing that your kid was in a car accident. When I received this kind of phone call, I dropped the phone and started screaming, which was not really the best thing that I could have done because I didn’t even get to hear what exactly was wrong with my kid. Fortunately, my husband was right there by my side to take care of everything. Our daughter was alive, but there were complications, which meant that she had to stay in a hospital for a while. I wanted to stay with her, but they didn’t let me. This made me extremely angry, but at least I thought that everything was fine. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have made me go home; they would have wanted me to stay. The next day when I visited her, she seemed fine, but she actually wasn’t because there was something wrong and her doctor wanted her to stay for a couple of weeks there. This was really bad news for me and I was devastated. I was so nervous and anxious during the next couple of days that I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t eat.
